Eric Weinberg is the founder of Capital Ocean. Mr. Weinberg has held positions both on the principal side and advisory side of the real estate investment arena and has executed and advised on over $1B worth of assets throughout his career.

 

Mr. Weinberg holds a JD/MBA from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University. Mr. Weinberg is member of the New York Bar and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. Eric enjoys triathlons, road cycling, fitness, hiking and traveling.
